How do I place an order? +

Select the items you need on our website, add them to your cart, then proceed to checkout to fill in your delivery information and payment method to complete your order.

How can I modify or cancel my order? +

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 1 hour of placing your order. After this time, your order may have already entered the processing stage and cannot be changed.

What does "Processed" order status mean? +

"Processed" means your order has been confirmed and is being prepared for shipment. You will soon receive an SMS notification with a tracking number.

Why was my order cancelled? +

Orders may be cancelled for the following reasons:

  • Insufficient stock
  • Payment verification failed
  • Incomplete or undeliverable shipping address
  • Suspicious activity

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notification.

🚚 Delivery Questions

How much is the delivery fee? +

We offer free delivery to all Singapore addresses, regardless of order value.

How long does delivery take? +

Order processing takes 24-48 hours (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays), and delivery takes 1-2 business days. You will receive an SMS with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Can I specify a delivery time? +

Currently, we do not offer specific time slot delivery. The delivery personnel will notify you via SMS of the estimated 2-hour delivery window on the delivery day.

What if I'm not home to receive the package? +

If you're not home during the first delivery attempt, J&T Express will:

  • Contact you via SMS to reschedule delivery
  • Hold the package at the nearest collection point for 3 days
  • Provide details and operating hours of the collection point

What is your return policy? +

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product? +

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide your order number, product photos, and description of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

What if the product doesn't match the description? +

If the product you received doesn't match the website description, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please provide your order number and product photos, and we will resolve the issue for you.
